Question about IGCSE certificate

Hi guys, now that I am done with my IGCSEs I have a little bit of a problem.
So, I did 2nd language English last year (June 2012) and then the rest of my subjects this year (June 2013)

My question is, if I continue AS levels will I be able to still use my English 2012 IGCSE certificate in 2014 to enlist in universities or will it no longer be valid??

What does grade 1 in english speaking mean (0510)

Oral examinations are graded from 1-5, 1 being the highest and 5 being the lowest. However, in 0510 English as a Second Language (oral endorsement), the oral grade does not have any influence on your overall grade (A*/A/B..) in the subject.
