Question on Computer Coursework for 2011

I've been having trouble tryin to understand the part "Programming Code" under Implementation of the Syllabus for Computer Studies 7010.... Seeing the earlier syllabuses, this part was not there in the earlier days.. Its new for next year.. Anyone got any idea about this?

it is the coding that u do on ur system. if u r using access then this is done in visual basic. ask ur teacher about ir, he'll be able to explain it to u better
