hey guys, i like to ask about the significant figures we should use while answering questions on statistics. i know we need to use 3sf for the answer but what about when we r doing the working, should we use 4sf or 5sf or 3sf?

thanks, oh by the way, if my answer is very close to the answer in the mark schme lets say its off by 0.2 units, do i still get the marks?

usually its stated in the marking scheme the range of answers that are accepted if ur ans doesnot match even by .1 then 1 mark is cut
