Question regarding May/June 2014 examinations

Hi,
I wanted to know is there any chance that a certain zone will take the exam before another zone. As this way after completing the exam one can upload it and this will really be helpful.
I am taking Global prospective, English(0500) and French foreign language(0520) in May/June.
