Questions about the the exam papers for math, (Paper 2 and 4)

I've been looking at several sites but when I look up paper 2 or paper 4, I see Paper 21, 22, 23 and Paper 41, 42, 43. Are they all just similar tests that are given out? I'm new to this IGCSE stuff haha, just a 9th grader whos confused. :D
