Quick Chem questions (Not past papers!)

Ok, some quick questions :

1) In the graph questions, when the say lable each graph, do we write the label names IN the graph grid or outside it??

2) In electrolysis, do we make some substances (e.g Al2O3), molten because they are insoluble in water?, Or is there another reason?

3) For electrlysis of Aluminium Oxide, do we dissolve the Al2O3 in the MOLTEN cryolite, or do we mix Al203 with cryolite and then melt the mixture together?

4) Is is true that impurites LOWER the melting point of a substance, and RAISE the boiling point of it?

Q1 you write is out side the graph indicating it with a line.

Q2yes we do make some substance beacuse it is inosuble in water . and too change the ions or electrons way of arragementts.

Q4 Yes impurties doesLOWER the melting point of a substance, and RAISE the boiling point of it thats how you dieffeciate bettween pure and impure substance
