Real help needed in History

Guys, tell me that how many paragraphs should we give in a 14 marks question.
In a "do you agree or disagree" question when do we have to mention that we disagree or agree :in the beginning or in the judgement paragrah.

There is no fixed number for the paragraphs in the 14 marks questions.
Judgement should be given in the end. Cuz that way, you would've given the examiner all the points, and then summed it up for the judgement.

HERE IS THE PATTERN OF MARKING SCHEME

there are 2 types of 14 marks questions
1) the one which contain statement like "Gandhi Jinnah talks"
for this
-Write 1-9 marks for EXPLAINING the statement
-Write 1-3 marks for EXPLAINING 2 other reasons.
-opinion for 1 mark

2) TYPE 2
the one which contains the word "Successful"
for this
-Write success
-Failure
-success
-failure
-opinion
