Real merit for LUMS FAST and IBA

Guys we all know that the the mini requirement is B B C in a level and 6 subjects in 0-LEVEL but what is the real aligibity to get admission that means the last person in the merit list had what type of grades or percentage and is the admission based MAINLY on entry test or not ????????????????????????????????????
