Reasons for "No Result"

Hi People,
I live in India and I gave my Physics AS Levels in Oct/Nov. 2013 and A2 in May/June 2014. I received a copy of the provisional result from the centre, however, it displays "No Result. "
My centre has already contacted CIE through CIE direct. Is there anyone who has any ideas on what steps I should take?

I received "no result" for Geography in IGCSE because I was unable to sit one of the papers. So I was disqualified completely from that subject. It is highly possible that one of your papers did not make it to CIE. Unfortunately, you'd have to resit the exam.
