Recommended books for IB??

I m new to IB, so would anyone recommend good books for Chemistry, Maths and Physics HL books and biology SL book?

Is IB Higher Level Maths really hard?

SEE maths is all about practice..... everyone knows that. I am doing IB math HL and though we can use the most advanced calculators along with a formula booklet it's no use... cause we have to use ours brains. infact one mathematician once said: "Maths can either be solved through intuition or intelligence".... So in my point of view Math HL is tough but then there comes to play "IFS AND BUTS". Almost >90% of students will vote that its tough............ At the end it all depends upon how much efforts you want to put in?

Can a average but hardworking student go for math HL?
