Look, the Oct/Nov session is usually for people who want to repeat their exams..so when the result is out on the 11th of Aug, they apply for the Oct/Nov session RIGHT after that! But Usually the deadline is by the first week of September..I dunno about Pk though =/

It is usually a session in which private candidates appear. It doesn't matter why the are doing so. The deadline should be somewhere in September's first week , yeah.
