though my school will inform me about all the documents needed for the registration b4re the examination but i wanna collect them b4re time and put them together... please! tell me about all the things needed for the registration of o levels examination.

I did not understand what exactly were u trying to say. Still here is what i got from your question, maybe this is the answer?
If you are appearing from school then u just need student ID card and Statement of Entry which school will provide, but its totally upto the school, when they want to give it to u. The statement of entry is usually given 2 weeks before exams.

If you registering privately, then u need a copy of your passport and 3 passport sized photo, along with the form and cash which you have to submit. If you going through the school, then you need only need to submit 3 passport sized photographs to the school.
