Sampling Concept I Didn't Quite Get

Assalam Everyone. I have this problem in Sampling in Statistics. I know the various types of sampling methods, and how to do them, but i get confused when the Random Digits come into the pictures. An example of this is in Oct 2006, Paper 2, Section B Question 9. I need help with the parts of that question, and if someone can tell me how the answers are obtained, i'd deeply appreciate it. And can someone tell me how one should decide the first digit in the Systematic Random Sampling Method using the Random Digits. Thank You

Sampling is a little tricky. U have to read the question carefully for this. Also check what range is given for example in N06/P2/Q9 the total size of the population is given 89. The size given is 9. so for part (i) a you have to write a simple random sample and for doing this u must note that the sample should not exceed the size of 89 and there should be 9 sample
so the answer will be
66,01,30,06,45,43,11,29,10
(b) 6,3,0
(ii) a 00,10 this is because total sample size is 90/9 = 10 and the smallest will always be 00 or 01
(b) the lowest value of the sample is 01.
(c) 01,11,21,31,41,51,61,71,81 this is because for systematic sample we have to select the lowest number in the row and then add the largest value of systematic sample which is 10 here. so smallest is 01 so by adding 10 we can get these values.
(iii) (a) 4,3,2 (this comes because we will divide the total size of each population with the sample size. This will be 40/9, 30/9 and 20/9.
(b) 07,11,26,05 for ALBION STREET. 63,50,69 Broiny, 76, 84 for Cherry.
