SAT 2!! Need a suggestion

Which universities shall i apply to?? Ive a score of 1930 in SAT2 (in know its quite low) however i have a vry Gud Olevel and Alevels record (above average atleast)!! What should I do, which university and what sections?? Ur help is truly appriciated!!

Firstly..
Are you talking about US Universities?
If so - what are your SAT scores? Because that is way more important than SAT2s as far as the US Universities are concerned.
And exactly how good are you talking about for A Levels? Straight A-A*s?

Im talkin abt paki universities and well ive 3A* 3B 1C...N my SAT2 score is 1930 (chem 700 phy 640 math 590 N im givin math n physics again)
