SAT II without SAT I

Is it necessary to give both as I want to apply for NUST which requires SAT 2 scores only? Also apart from NUST ,does SAT 2 alone hold value to other institutes as well?

No. NUST only requires SAT2. And it would hold value if you apply for a foreign seat in the universities of Pakistan. For that you need to have a foreign nationality.

foreign nationality is not a must , u just need to have residence abroad .... and a 'NICOP' (national identity card for overseas pakistanis)
