60?? wow. But where we can we get 60 past tests from? I can't find any website that has SAT past papers. If anyone knows from where I can get any, please reply

No, you don't need to do 60. It all depends on how strong your English and Math skill sets are. If your vocabulary and writing skills are great then the English section won't be tough for you. The mathematics section isn't that hard either, to be honest. You just need a lot of practice and acquaint yourself with the time limit for each section.
I'd say around 2-3 months of diligence will help you immensely in getting a good SAT score. Also, books like Kaplan have tons of practice tests. You can probably get one from a local book store.
