Are you asking for a specific Subject Test or for the Reasoning Test?
If you're asking for Reasoning, I recommend the Official SAT Prep Book (also called Blue Book) and the following books: Up Your Score and 2400. The latter are written by high scoring students and helped me to achieve a raise from 1680 to 2100 within a few weeks' time.
