It maybe if ur school is training you for the board, they will give those kind of questions so u can be familiar with them. But even if they aren't , u should study for the monthly test like it is your board exam

they ask for the result of internal examination (monthly tests and midterm exams etc) from the school?

yes i do. but its not "just" for practice of annual pprs! the more you practice the more longer you'll remember it.
