yea ur ryte bt everytime i put an alarm 4 five am. i wake up and close my eyes for 2mins and the next thing im fast asleep with no idea wat so eva

so people with the same problem follow me

stay sleep till 9am (dont go till 11 cause ur just wasting tym)
then at night
about 10pm drink a cup of coffee (that'l get u going for another 4-5 hrs).
also if u want, get a nap at around 1-3pm so that ur fresh to go again
