I know that for maths, we are generally required to give all answers correct to 3 sig. fig. unless a different level of accuracy is specified in the question. What about chemistry and physics? How many significant figures do we have to give in the final answer for both paper 2 and ATP?

that depends on the data of the question :)
if in a question any quantity in given in 2 significant figure then answer also should be in 2 significant figure !

for example
in question there was a quantity of 23.44g and 43.99g (4 sig figures )
then the aswer should also be in 4 significant number like 21.39 g

it's not compulsory , but it's better if you do so :)
