The question is like were the regional lanuages gained more promotion than urdu... 14 marks

and they are writing: Sindhi is a regional language :S I mean what the hell

should not it be like this:: The regional languages have been promoted greatly after partition...!!!!!

PLEASE REPLY QUICKLYYY!!!!

The bullet point don't need to be elaborated since marking schemes are basically written for examiners.

Well according to the previous workshops, the examiners told that this time only Urdu will be given if given in the section of languages, because after many years they have realized that students never get impressive marks on this question, because after their research they found out that there is no sufficient data to write in a 14 marks question(regarding any language). Similarly a 7 mark question is expected to come!
I hope you guys believe me!
And well about the marking scheme, dont worry about it as the examiners have said that this is not the last piece of documentation. Mark scheme's consist of points that previous students have written, and that would be effective to write to score full marks. If your simplistic statement makes sense, not to worry you'll get your rightful marks.

WAIT A SECOND!

The Simplistic statement in the marking schemes do not tell us how our first statement should be. The statements are the LEVEL 1 answers which would only get 1 mark if anyone wrote that in their answers.

For example in the language question.

The simplistic statement LEVEL 1 answer is given: Sindhi is a regional language. [1]

It tells us that if anyone writes that sentence in the answer only, he would get 1 mark only.

Correct me if I am saying anything wrong

Rehan has said right. You don't need to work through levels. You are following the mark scheme the wrong way !
