Sleeping Hours...

I reduced my sleeping time to just 4 hours a day. I did this for 4 months All you need is practice.
I was hung up with work and exams
All you need is a hundred percent power of will and loads of stamina
For the first month I tried this I fell asleep in class and when I see the register from those days, I wrote squiggly lines

Possible side effects: loss in retention power

One should have atleast 6 hours of sleep !

Why do you want to reduce your sleeping hours? I don't think it will ever be good so there is no health way. You need at least 7 hours of sleep actually (depends on your age range but 7-8 hours is usually the minimum you should aim for).
