No way why wud sat2 create probs! Ur doing a lvls so sat2 is related to a lvls!!

USA universities require both SAT I and SAT II, particularly SAT II
so u shud give both
the best time to give SAT I is in nov while doing AS, since ur prep can be done in the gap between O Level and A Level
SAT II shud be given like towards the end of A Level, since many of the concepts of SAT II are covered in A Levels

Nearly ALL U.S universities require SAT I (aka the SAT reasoning test).
SAT II depends on your choice of major. SAT II are subject tests. They may be required depending on the university you want to apply.
Most universities require you to give the TOEFL, but some will exempt you if you got a good enough score in the English section of SAT I
