The ''Harm'' of something, is determined by the way we use that specific thing.
Excessive use, is harmful. Affects our life, studies and relations. Some people get too absorbed in them.
Bad use, is harmful too.
Personally, i don't like social networking sites, anymore. Boring!

umm actually its a survey for school!! but u do have a very valid point 
Social Networking sites aren't harmful if you control yourself from them. Don't let the site control over you. Until now, all the stories I've heard about cyber crimes and all were related to photo's and personal info of other people. Stop giving your info to other people and you're safe.
