In the 4 mark questions (or others if applicable), if say the question said "Suggest one advantage & disadvantage of said method" Can I give more than 2 points? Like can I give 2 advantages & 1 or even more disadvantages?

What's the use? You should stick to the requirement of the question.
If the advantage and disadvantage are correct, you will get 4/4, simple.
Giving more points won't give you more marks than 4. You won't get like 7/4 or something.

Of course I won't get more than the limit. It's just so that if I don't clearly explain one point or if one point is wrong, I can compensate through an extra point.
