Can it be done in 2 weeks??? And how to go about it? A detailed answer would be appreciated. Please help.

Yes it can be done in two weeks. You need to do four questions in paper one with one compulsory from research methods. And three other questions from other topics. There are three questions from each topic so basically theres LOTS of choice. In paper two you need to attempt three questions only.
For Paper one the topics are- Research methods (Compulsory), culture and socialisation; social stratification and inequality and power and authority.
For Paper two the topics are Family, Education, Crime and deviance, Media.

Do selective study. From paper one just do Research methods, Culture and socialisation and social stratification. From Paper two do family and education. You'll still have enough to choose. It can easily be covered within two weeks. You need to know the answer formats for a defintion, a 4mark- 6mark and 8mark. Thats it. Hope that helps you.
