You already have the information needed on what does coplanar mean, including the given example. So try to extend that knowledge to compounds below. I'll explain C for you. All of the carbon atoms can be coplanar. Imagine that the two ether linkages and the two carbons attached to them forming a ring, then put it on a plane, now you still have four methyl groups. The methyl groups on both side can be rotated in such a way that they also lie in the said plane. You may ask why methylpropane doesn't share the same property, well simply because the carbons are connected in tetrahedral manner. In whatever way you want to rotate a tetrahedral structure, one atom will always pop out three dimensionally.
