Steps:
T^2 = kr^3
=> Times both sides by lg.
=> lgT^2 = lgkr^3
=> 2 lgT = lgk + lgr^3
=> 2 lgT = 3 lgr + lgk
=> Divide both sides by 2.
=> lgT = 3/2(lgr) + 1/2 lgk
This is in the form of y = mx + c
Where y = lgT, m = 3/2, x = lgr, c = 1/2 lgk
Rules used from logarithms:
lgAB = lgA + lgB
lgA^x = x lgA
