Statement of entry for private candidates?

Hello people,

I've registered for the coming May/June exams as a private candidate and I have no idea when and how will I get my statement of entry. I tried emailing the british council but I haven't heard from them. I'd really appreciate if anyone who has appeared as a private candidate before help me out here. Thanks

Just go the nearest British Council Branch or else try to place a phone call,but make sure it's during a working day.
