I don't think so, as its not included in the syllabus !!

It wasn't included in the 2009 syllabus, either. But it did come and haunt me. So you can just look at the marking scheme and you'll have an idea about it.

Nope, Only the examiner reports are there, there is no marking scheme !!

Actually XPF has the marking scheme for 2009 but only examiner report for the rest of papers !!

I am talking about the 2009 paper, it's right there in the download section. CIE never published the marking schemes for other years, so when I prepared for my exam in 2009 it was just through these ERs.
