Assalamoalaikum ,its here ,ask if any confusion!
-moles of KCl=mass/Mr
----Mr=39+35.5=74.5g
----no. of moles = 1.49/74.5= 0.02
-no.of moles of O2= vol/24 = 0.72/24=0.03
-no. of oxygen atom (O) = 2 X 0.03 = 0.06
Ratio=0.02:0.06=1:3
so n=3

I think I have a problem with this kind of questions ..... -_-" I am soooo slow with'em...

I updated the Chemistry Revision , Rules of Moles by the way Maths , Niassu or anyone, if you have anything else to add , comment on it , I just discovered the mol = Volume/24dm^3 a couple of minutes ago when I was answering that question o.o"
