Thinking Skills. Is it worth taking?

I am having three science subject and I need to chose another. Should I take thinking skills?as It really helps in sharpening our minds. Does universities take this into consideration?

Its definitely not easy though unless you have a natural aptitude for it
But do give it a shot and in the end drop out of givin the actual exams if you are not easy with it!
