the resistance of relay >> 16/0.6 ohm
resistance in wire >> 800*2*0.005 (2 'cause the relay is connected to the power supply by two separate wires)
the total resistance can be determined by thinking of two resistors connected in series.
thus total resistance >> resistance of relay + resistance in wire
min e.m.f >> total resistance * current in relay (0.6)
