***URGENT*** Paper 5 Biology and Chemistry RESOURCES REQUIRED

I'm sure there must be a few files on this site that help in preparing for paper 5 Bio and Chem but I cba to rake the forum for them.
If anybody who frequents this forum a lot has got them or knows where they are, PLEASE POST THE LINKS HERE!

Also post any tips and what not. ANYTHING THAT WILL BE OF THE REMOTEST HELP, IN SHORT.
I'm self-studying and so far paper 4 for both has been a breeze; far easier than all 3 AS papers combined; but that's probably bc we get used to the difficulty, what?
Anyway I haven't started on paper 5 for either yet but I've glanced through them and they don't seem extremely bad.
So please post any tips you've got.
