URGENT!! Passport size picture for LUMS

1. At least 600 pixels x 450 pixels in resolution
2. The picture size should be 5cm x 4cm (2 inches x 1.5 inches)

This is what they want.

should 2inches be from top to bottom or left to right??

Different sources on internet say different things.
MOST sources say (even the resolution in computer ) that the first number is the width.

but the printed picture(the one the studio gave me) that I have is 2 inch in height and 1.5 in width.

2 inches from top to bottom. At least that's how it usually is. If you still have doubts, then e-mail and ask them about it.
