for s08_qp_2 q 11b. alpha will be deflected into the plane of ppr, beta out of ppr and gamma goes undeflected.
p.s. apply fleming left hand rule.. direction of current is in the direction of movement of alpha particles. i dunno whether this shud b done or not but i always get my answers correct this way.

We hve to apply Fleming's left hand rule...there's isnt any other way out.!
