Please can anyone help me solving this qn :)
i 've a doubt in finding the frequencies of both the carrier wave and the information signal
i know only abt f=1/T but i dont know how 2 take the time periods of both??
thnks.

the frequency of an amplitude modulated wave remains the same i.e. the frequency of carrier wave... so T = 10μ s for the carrier wave, f = 1/T =1/ (10x10^-6) = 100KHz ...

now the rate at which the amplitude changes is the frequency of the information signal ... i.e. start from a minimum amplitude...move to the max amplitude and back to minimum again ...this is the frequency of info signal .. T = 100μ s ... f = 1/T = 1/ (100x10^-6) = 10KHz ...
Hope that helps :)
