Username/password for the results?

I've lost my username and password for the igcse results from https://myresults.cie.org.uk/cie-candidate-results/login. I've contacted my school and centre, but both are not answering the phone.
I'm extremely nervous to see my results, I may be able to remember my username and password if someone told me what they were, say your username is your name and your password is your passport number, for example.

The username and password given are random combinations of words and numbers unfortunately.. You should've been given an e-mail to contact your exam officer or someone similar at your school. That's what we got, he replies to all queries even in the holidays.

the username is your last name followed by first 2 letters of your first name ALL IN CAPITAL LETTERS . e.g. your name is Hussein Nasreddine, then your username should be "NASREDDINEHU"

the password is random, though (you can't possibly guess it).

i have my password & username but cant log in! Appearantly its wrong, so i have to wait till 27th till i get the correct details from the school! Dang it
