hey guyx,i hav searched a lot bt i hv nt came across any gud sourcee of vid lectures for bio lyk khan academy lectures r very gud for other subects.if u knw anylink or any info plxx paste it here.i would be grateful to u!!!

Khan academy provides some very good lectures on certain topics.

Do try "MIT OPEN COURSE WARE" <<< but this also gives some irrelevant info !

There are many lectures about biology which you can find in the internet. But sad to say, some of the good ones are not for free. Just be sure to check the preview first before paying the download.
