what are the coloured compounds i need to know for chemistry 0620

Transition metals (middle block of the periodic table) they form coloured compound.....for example zn is a transition metal..so zn sulphate, zinc chloride, all zinc compound r white

but thier are compound like CU change when heated or dehydrated from where can i study them:D

forgot to mention that copper is an exception.....copper is a pink solid...copper oxide is black.....anhydrous copper sulphate is white.....hydrated copper sulphate is blue
