First of all i must say this is quite an interesting thread , first of its kind.
well obviously we all know that breakfast is very important as it kick starts our day.
and also that there are many people out there who do not have any.
but it is really important or else we'll be feeling like this or this all day.
and honestly drinking only coffee is not very advisable!
so all you people out there have breakfast and enjoy it!

Well i guess that would be something just enough to give you a boost and enough that lasts all the time until your next meal of the day, whether it be a snack or proper lunch. It should never be too heavy but something light that also fills your stomach.
