What do I have to do before biology's paper 4 ?

I have no clue on how to revise for tomorrow's exam :/ I actually solved all exams from 2002 till 2012 , except for section ( b ) in a few exams.
Shall I go through my notes and book, or go through the exams instead. And how can I be prepared for section ( b ) ?

Any advice will be appreciated
