My friend got straight A's in both O and A levels, but I think even with mediocre grades, you can get into a good medical college as long as you do well in the MCAT.

yeah at least get straight As both in olevel and alevel and do good in mcat. thn you have a direct ticket to good gov med college in pakistan..

Straight As O levels, or 6 As O levels, Straight B A level people are in private medical. For government you need straight As in both.

MCAT has 50% weight so that's really important, can be the difference maker
