what are diff b/w urdu 3247 and 3248 ,which is suited for me (private candidate)

3248 for sure! 3247 is for those people who want to pursue literature in urdu in life (as it contains literature section with ghazals, poems and passages.). while second language urdu only has grammer section, a comprehension and an essay/directed writing.
