Any suggestions? Which Physics book covers most of the topics in the syllabus?

I have done my physics exams nd i m passed..
In my opinion Book is better coz many things come from book....
Important topic is lens,sound,kinetic energy,force,magnetic field,gradient nd measuring instrument
