The papers along with the final mark schemes are officially released on the 14th of August(result day). Though, the papers along with the raw mark schemes(not final) usually get released around 2 weeks earlier(by examiners who aren't meant to release them lol)... some papers get posted online earlier because examination officers end up taking photos of the paper after the exams are finished. Some of these papers are available on a few websites like gceguide i think.
