When do private candidates receive SoEs and venue notices?

I am appearing for 4 subjects privately this Oct/Nov session.
My first paper is on 6th October but I have still not received my SoE.
I received an email last month verifying my registration and informing me of my centre and cand no.
I wanted to ask that how long should I wait for it and will I receive it through email or TCS.

p.s btw does anyone know where is centre no pk600
