Depends on ur interest but ICT in my opinion is more easier if you want to do it just for the sake of getting A's at A levels (which is no piece of cake) for any subject ! :/Hello friends..!

ICT is regarded by UK universities as a "soft" subject and they don't give much credit for it. If you want to study about computers then you should take Computer Science instead. ICT lacks rigour and is considered an easy subject. I would suggest you should take Economics since it's really valued by top universities around the world.Hello friends..!

For more info regarding subject choices, take a look at the Trinity College section of Cambridge University's website - there you will find an official list of hard and soft subjects. You can also refer to the file released by Russel group universities regarding the specific subject preferences for the course you want to study at university.
