Which is harder IGCSE enviroment management or IGCSE business ?

I want subject which require straight forward answer
in other words only memorizing
Even if subject has longer syllabus

Very few take these subjects.
but i ve heard that environmental management is pretty easy !!
just go through the syllabi of both subjects !!
