Why imp topics are being locked????

I have been browsing these forums for quite a long time.. this was a much better place during the examination session.. Now with so many moderators, the posts are being deleted, topics are being locked without any specific reason.. This should be looked into because this prevents active discussion in these forums.. And a topic should not be locked just because a topic was made about that already.. It isnt easy or interesting to start a conversation afresh..

and topics are locked for going off-topic.....wt*
man, see these.....all were going good, now u cant copy urs and others posts to another topic just for teh sake that its being discussed again and search the archives for dat topic....here are some examples:-

and dis was way on-topic viewtopic.php?f=26&t=2010&start=80

dis forum didnt used to be dat much stritct during exam season...but now wid more no of moderators its getting outa hand.....just like the concept of too many gods is false.. :|
one or two, the responsible ones were enuff....but if the admin is making every someone a mod just becoz he/she is sharing info or helping someone, then its quite a bit odd........n i have no remorse, directly talking abt MAVtKnmJ !!

yes the topic are being discussed and MAVtKnmJ locks it :evil: :evil: :evil: :evil: :x :x :x
and he locks a topic and says it is being disscused here and those are not the topics

They are being locked because people are going off-topic or the issue was resolved.
Show me one example in which the topic was locked for any other reason.

And the topics are being moved because people like you don't post in the right section even after being told to do so numerous times.

Just like this topic, I am going to move it because it does not belong here!
